Post Processors

We have been configuring posts to support SURFCAM and other CAM systems for our own customers and other resellers for many years, and we have rarely had to back away from a requirement.

We can configure a SURFCAM NC Code generator for most 2- or 3-Axis CNCs in a few hours without needing to be on-site if we have clear requirements and have full phone access to a knowledgeable programmer or machine tool operator. During this process we encourage our customers to participate so they can make further refinements if they wish on their own.

On the complex machine side, we have configured 4-, 5-, and 6-Axis CNCs for many customers over the years for SURFCAM and Unigraphics CAM systems. For complex machines we develop a formal specification, working jointly with the machine tool distributor's technical staff and the end user to ensure complete satisfaction. We pride ourselves in the quality of our work, and the level of machine feature support we are able to achieve.
