Software Training

Our training services are second to none in quality. We treat all accounts as we would want to be treated if we were in the manufacturing business ourselves. Our trainers are skilled professionals, each with a minimum of 15 years CAM programming and postprocessor development experience.

Post Processors

We have been configuring posts to support SURFCAM systems for our own customers and other SURFCAM dealers around the country.  We rarely back away from a customer requirement.  SURFCAM systems are supplied with two forms of NC generation software, (a) NC Code generators, and (b) true programmable postprocessors.

Custom Software Development

Commercial CAD & CAM software vendors create products to mass market, and if your needs fit their mold, your OK, but what do you do when your needs are outside the scope of what they consider to be "normal" requirements?

Contract Programming Services

We have several programmers with 20+ years part programming experience who have "been there & done that" as far as difficult part programming assignments are concerned. In many cases we work with the client to develop tooling, fixturing, and an overall machining strategy for one-off projects.
