SURFCAM Tech Tip

SURFCAM V5 upgrade installation

Step 1

DVD - AutoRun for the DVD should launch the SURFCAM Installation Manager.

Download - Double click the Install.exe

Click the SURFCAM V5 Install NOW button

A Security Warning may appear on the downloaded version, click Run to continue

Step 3

Click the Next button to continue

Step 4

Select I Accept then click the Next button to continue

Enter your information then click the Next button to continue

Confirm the information then click the Next button to continue

Select your Units then click the Next button to continue

If you want to Upgrade your SURFCAM Velocity 4 installation Click the Browse button

Select the C:\SURFCAM folder

Confirm the Installation path then click the Next button to continue

Click the YES button for an Upgrade

Click the Next button to continue

Watch the install

Remove your SURFCAM SIM (USB ONLY) before clicking the Ok button

Click the Yes button to use your SURFCAM Velocity 4 Tool & Material database files with V5

Select your Icon then click the Next button to continue

Click the Next button to continue

Review the What's New then close to continue

Step 18 

Select No then click the Finish button. You will restart the computer after the next step

Click the Close button and restart your computer
