SURFCAM Colors Help

SURFCAM 2005 and Velocity now supports 64 colors while older versions only supported 16 colors.

We hope this Tech-Tip helps explain the color options available to users.

If 64 colors is too many, you can create a custom color scheme that looks like the original 16 colors found in older versions.

You have two options available:-

1. You can change the Color options from within SURFCAM by going to - TOOLS | OPTIONS | COLORS | PALETTE and SYSTEM and create a Custom Color Scheme that fits your needs.
2. You can download our customized color schemes and install into your c:\surfcam\velocity\ folder

Click on the images above to download the Colors.ini file. To Install, close SURFCAM, browse to your SURFCAM\Velocity folder and rename your existing Colors.ini. Put the desired Colors file into the same directory and rename to Colors.ini
