My company manufactures custom, patient-specific devices that are used as radiation filters in the treatment of cancer. We are an FDA compliant, ISO 9001:2000 registered company that receives all of our orders via the internet. Our highly automated manufacturing process receives the customer’s specifications via email and creates machining code for our Computerized Numerically Controlled milling machine in less than 10 minutes with very little operator intervention. This entire process was created by Don and his team of specialized manufacturing and computer engineers to our specifications. This allows us to machine crazy geometry typically found in files from 3D point or laser scanners. Then there is Cloud of Points (COPious). If you are working with scanned data and must have a single surface you cannot beat SURFCAM.
